Polka Dot Party Birthday Cake
I loved this idea! The 'polka dots' on the cupcakes are actually cake pops! Fun!
Chocolate Stout Cake
Last night in class we made a Chocolate Stout cake with chocolate cream cheese filling and a chocolate stout icing. We also made chocolate hazelnut truffles to go on top. So decadent!
Maple Custard Apple Pie
This pie is a real treat. This was my first time attempting apple roses and I have to say, I was surprised at how easy it actually is. The maple custard filling is TO DIE FOR!!! So tasty!

These are some seriously decadent little bites!
Featured in this post are three different kinds of truffles. First, there is a white chocolate cream cheese with a coconut liqueur. Second, a sour cream chocolate with a blackberry liqueur. Third, a milk chocolate with a raspberry liqueur. So yummy!
Monster Cookie Bars
These bars were soft and delicious. They're filled with marshmallows, toffee bits, chocolate chunks, pretzel M&M's, and peanut butter. So yummy!

Surprise Baby Shower
A dear friend of mine from Alaska was trying to surprise her family and friends in Oregon with a visit. Some of her best friends found out and decided to turn the tables on her and surprise her with a baby shower! This was my first attempt at a two-tiered cake and my first time working with gumpaste. I LOVE the way the tiara turned out!!
